PROCESSING TIME

We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Shipping times are separate from our processing times, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery of your parcel. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific shipping deadlines. Please use all estimated delivery dates as a reference point, and allow reasonable time for your package to arrive.

EDITING ADDRESSES

When an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to shipping addresses, names or other personal details. Carefully review your billing and shipping details before placing your order, as packages are dispatched quickly.

TRACKING

Upon checkout, you should have received an order confirmation email. Please check your email regularly or your junk/spam folder if you are unable to locate it, and if you haven’t received it, contact us. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID.

RESPONSIBILITY

We have limited responsibility once your product has been accepted for delivery by the postal carrier. We cannot be held liable for any of the following issues: incorrect address details, shipping and customs delays, or stolen packages. To minimise the risk of stolen packages, we recommend using a business address when you are unavailable at home. If there are prolonged and unexpected delays with your delivery, please contact the courier service first. Should you require further assistance, feel free to contact us.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not covered in the pricing of international orders. Customers outside of Australia may be required to pay customs and import duties, along with being responsible for other local requirements such as quotas, permits, and product restrictions. Additional handling fees from the courier may also apply. Any of the aforementioned fees are determined by local customs officials and the recipient of the parcel is responsible for settling all of these charges. Therefore, it is important for customers to familiarise themselves with their country's customs policies and regulations to avoid any surprises. We unfortunately cannot assume liability for any customs duties, import taxes, or other additional fees incurred.

Refusing delivery of the parcel will result in forfeiture of shipping costs, and an additional fee will be imposed.

CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not account for customs delays. In the unlikely event that you haven't received your parcel within a reasonable timeframe due to potential customs holds, and you haven't been contacted by one of our shipping couriers, reach out to us. We will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL PO BOXES

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers located outside of Australia. If you enter an international PO Box address, your order will be cancelled. You may place a new order using an alternative address.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Any order totalling over $750 AUD will require signature confirmation. If delivery is attempted when no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact you to schedule a re-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly track the movements of their package and collect parcels promptly; otherwise, it may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and a fee will be charged. To arrange re-delivery after your package is returned to us by the carrier, additional postage must be paid.
